We offer a low-pressure, Soft Washing to clean your siding and kill organic material such as algae, lichen, and moss without damage that can occur using high-pressure washing. Proper roof cleaning can extend the duration of a roof’s ability to function and extend the life of a roof. We offer a low-pressure, Soft Washing technique to clean your roof without damage that can occur with high-pressure washing. We utilize the only technique recommended by the US-based Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). It will kill organic material such as algae, lichen, and moss from shingle and slate roofs. Soft Washing cleans oxidation, dust, and pollen from metal roofs. Debris-free gutters are essential for effective roof washing. Gutter inspection will be performed prior to roof washing. We will remove debris from the interior of the gutter and use water pressure to rinse the gutters and ensure proper drainage of the gutters.

What To Expect
We will go over details with you before a contract is submitted.
We will discuss access to water and how we protect any shrubs or plants around your home.
If roof cleaning services are requested, we will explain our product safety and techniques.
On the day of service, we ask that all windows are closed and the water taps to exterior faucets are turned on.
We will have a checklist to document any existing problems or damage before we begin.
We expect to complete the entire job within a few hours but occasionally, a problem will arise requiring a return trip which will be at no extra cost to you.
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept checks or payments through Paypal.
